I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were upgraded and fine, but the customer service left much to be desired with rude and aggressive behavior from the staff. The location had its perks, being close to the train station and everything in Cannes, but the area had some negative aspects. The dining experience was good but could have been improved with more variety and better pricing.
The hotel room was cozy and perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable, though a few extra hooks in the bathroom would have been handy. The dining experience competes well with upscale restaurants in terms of quality and ambiance.
The hotel needs renovation and the AC is not working properly, but having a balcony that gets the sun throughout made our stay special. The lack of daily room cleaning and the noise were disappointing. The room was still comfortable though.
The hotel is in a great location, perfect for a weekend visit to Cannes, just a short walk to the station and the beach. The rooms were fine and comfortable, but lacked warmth for December. The service was small but charming, especially the receptionist Matilde. The dining experience was good with a self-service buffet, although coffee could have been better. The facilities were sufficient for our needs.
